The Child Health Program is dedicated to ensuring the health of children birth to 21 in Adair, Adams, Clarke, Decatur, Fremont, Lucas, Montgomery, Page, Ringgold, Taylor, Union and Wayne Counties.

- Finding health care coverage
- Help you find a health care provider or dentist
- Education to promote a healthy pregnancy
- Evaluate emotional stress and family adjustment to pregnancy and parenting
- Oral health services
- Arranging transportation to medical and dental appointments
- Making doctor appointments
- Social support and guidance
- Nutrition education
- Home visit after you deliver your baby
Child Health Services Include:
- Help locate a doctor or dentist
- Finding health care coverage—Hawki
- Finding health care coverage—Title XIX
- Reminders when your child(ren) need medical and dental checkups
- Making doctor appointments
- Help to find community resources

- Blood lead testing
- Immunizations—0–6 years, 7–18 years, catch up on immunizations
